NA same side for playoffs

Is anyone else annoyed that for basically every international event besides masters 2 last year, NA has been on the same side of the bracket? If 100T win, they'll be playing XSET and optic is on that same side too. It cant keep being a coincidence, right?

and if liquid beats prx and somehow wins against optic then either xset or 100t will play against optic in the lower bracket
