I didn't see the picture, but apparently multiple players were having stomach problems (diarrhea) according to Plat Chat. Or at least some where. And even if you look at the song VCT posted with Boaster singing to his teammates he also makes it sound like that Enzo was having diarrhea problems at the time. So its possible that there has been problems with the food for some reason and multiple players have gotten food poisoning and for some its been worse like Ardiis and Davai.
