Vou falar em português pq é mais fácil manito, o noyn falou que espera que no próximo ano os times brs invistam mais em staff. Porque por exemplo na LOUD o sadhak e o sacy tem que fazer o papel de igl/second caller e coach, pq o coach deles não é muito bem um "coach" de ofício.
