Riot and 0 skill champs

Ult that gives them 2 lives and basically make it so people can't even use util (most important thing in Tac FPS shooter) and fucking viper which allows u to be the worst aimer in the game and 2un poet plants lol

now imagine you have stupid teams that don't take advantage of this stuff. you only can get kayo get 2 lives when he die with his ult so its fine.

With this logic sage res can be counted as 2 lives as well...
