Throwers already

Am i the only one who is constantly getting no comm throwers in their lobbies. Ive played 4 games today with 3 throwers on my team (running it down mid on reyna, afk chamber round 2, and a chamber who queued against his friend and gave our positions away) and the game i didnt have the thrower, the other team did. I get when people throw at the end of the act so that they can bring their smurf accounts back to where they started (thats why i dont q then), but the act literally just began. This game has got a whole lot of weirdos crawling in ranked

If new act begain just don't touch comp for atleast 10 days if you solo q
