Me either but I'm assuming it possibly means playing on different country servers ?
it's essentially an exclusive ranked queue only available to certain players with a cash prize as the reward for the winner(s)
Its not a good thing especially since ranked will probably be the most important thing for an upcomer to get recognized in the T2 scene and get picked up.
