I actually think valorant will overtake cs in brazil by 2022, it already had more players there, it just needs to convert them to viewers
Dead? Wtf? The Brazilian player base is one of the biggest. The problem is... Val tournaments often happen at the same time as CBLOL or CS tournaments and the BR teams have not proven themselves yet, the fans are still skeptical about them.
Anyway... the viewership is decent, when bigger teams are playing.
Val dead in pretty much every region besides NA and Turkey, it’s where most of the viewership lies too.
comparing dota to valorant is like comparing a dinosaur (dota) to obama. dota is dead game
dota only have a big prize pool otherwise the game would have been fully dead
