bug?

I can't see the indian flag flair, only a black-ish flag. Rest all flags are visible. Is it just a bug for me or everyone?

I see the Indian flag since you have it, so might be an error on your end. Not sure tho, sometimes I can't see any flag so maybe it just happens at times

I restarted chrome and it's now visible, was just an error for me.
