This list was made as a prediction in the podcast, the reporter they invited said that nobody really knows who's going, not even riot themselves yet, What he does know is the pre-eliminary list of the 20 teams, and that there's a "wait list" where some teams are still in consideration (he said one of the 20 teams got replaced already btw). The predictions were made by content creators and they even included a chat vote, so their list is just educated guesses, not leaks of any sort (despite there being a reporter).
Felt like this was needed because I saw some people in the replies that kinda assumed that was a leaked list
