Like Faceit , they have a hub that pick players by captains , then pick/ban maps

They don't, Riot has said back in 2020 that they do allow faceit or any 3rd party system

Not fully implemented like Faceit to CSGO, but its more like a Discord/Hub to organize games for pros I think

It kinda sucks tbh, they've created an inner circle for their friends and prevent other ascending players to join, damaging the prosperity of the scene
