at current moment i personally feel like balance b/w gunplay and abilities is good
but cant be sure when more agents get added in future

only character i feel which causes a lot of visual clutter is viper, maybe reducing her fuel or having a time limit on her ult can fix that

It's not because people enjoy it. It's because the Game is easy to play and kinda made for cheap tik tok/twitter content. just play an agent for a few days, do some bullshit, upload on tik tok. that's it. but try this in apex, fortnite, csgo and you will see the only content you can get there by playing it randomly is when you make weird sounds ingame or someone else do it. you can't get any other free content from these games like you can from valorant.
