Could we have international rankings for teams?

On this site there are regional rankings, I think it would be cool if we could apply the same formula for an international tab in rankings.

How? Basically everyone at the top of each region has a cap of 2400 rating

Yea but it would be a different number that doesn't go off of regional performances, but rather international performances. VLR.gg calculates the rankings by success over time (see link at the bottom)

Dev said it was impossible to implement due to the low frequency of LAN internationals.

That makes sense, and there are a lot of the teams that dont qualify often so there would be a lot of teams that only have shown up once and just sit there on the leaderboards.
