Error code 19

Hi guys, I'm having this issue which is I can't launch my game for over a week, it's keep telling me the same msg:
"There was an error connecting to the platform. Please restart your game client. Error code: VAL 19."

But tbh I can't do anything about it, I keep follow all of the instructions on the internet and still got the same issue. Any help please?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling

What the guy above said or just uninstall vanguard and reinstall

buy a new pc
