getting into a 10 mans discord would be a good start. I know theres one in NA and OCE but idk about EU

which level do u want to play?
if u want to play nonpro, just look at the famous valorant content creators/organization/players discords.
if u want to play pro, keep grinding the position in ranking and find the local scene where u live, or when u want to play EU-mix's teams, only what i can say is that keep grinding and make ur brand there (and maybe create twitter account)

I wanna play on a normal level first like ranking up to higher ranks first and then try to go pro with a Team... Thanks for the advice :D

I'd also like to find some people to play with, not a team for now (I've only been playing for one week) but soloQ gets boring real quick and I can't improve in the game without a proper structure.
