The statement from the article you provided, says the Male DNA of the fetus WHILE THE WOMEN IS PREGNANT, gets carried into the brain. So if a guy has sex with a girl unprotected, his DNA isn't going to magically transfer. The key point is pregnancy.
Plus lets suppose in an alternate universe, you were right. Still wouldn't be a valid argument, since most casual intercourse is protected. So in no way would his DNA enter the woman body.
