Surf > Patiphan

Xerxia got an upgrade actually and not a downgrade.
Surf is a much better player than Patiphan, aimwise they are maybe the same but Surf is a better OPer and he knows when to play agressive and when not

both are good but surf is better for sure , he just fits the team better
