Ukraine is in active war. And Ukraine has banned most men from leaving the country for obvious reasons. I don't know the situation with people like ANGE1 as "athlete", but I would imagine it being quite hard to get permission to leave. And I don't even know how he would leave the country even if he got permission. Don't know about the transportation inside Ukraine right now.
