F/A is Free Agent, it is when you are not contracted to or under contractual obligations to any org and are looking for opportunities to join them.
LFT is Looking for Team, in this case you can either already be contracted and looking for someone to get you out of your contract by buying it out or loaning or you can be a free agent.
In a way both are similar.
