russian people are banned travel from EU

and most russian that outside russian now are people with 'previlege', everyday babuska cant exit country

no, for ukraine it is different and ange1 is ukrainian not russian

for russian there are travel restrictions from OUTSIDE governments

for ukrainians the travel restrictions come from THEIR OWN government not letting them leave the country
