tbf OpTic only came into Valorant this year and OpTic doesn't have much drama, they just win
NA and EU teams have been in the scene for a long time (and been doing well or did well) and have big personalities like TenZ, Asuna, cNed, ScreaM
and KRU, LOUD, Paper Rex here cuz their respective region had a singular team with a crazy international performance but not good enough

the other teams have really popular streamers and stuff that makes them exciting. optic has yay, but while he's very well respected, he doesn't stream often and neither does the rest of the team so ig people don't feel obligated to support them
