I get stable 150+ fps but I play on a 60hz monitor. My peak rank is Gold 3 but I can aim duel Plats easily mostly my friends are either high plays or diamonds. I used to be competitive few months back when I peaked G3 but now I play more or less for fun and I think it's ok to be like that.
