Likelihood of an NA roster shuffle

Once franchising kicks in, many tier 1 and tier 2 teams will be dropped and a lot of talented players will be available for cheap on the market for franchised organisations to rebuild their team. Opinions on how likely that it could happen?

Im on holidays atm, so I basically sleep till afternoon, wake up to watch LoL esports then Val esports on the train to city centre for some coffee and brunch.

Yea there will be a lot of really solid rosters and players getting dropped. I think a lot of the LG boys will either get picked up individually or as a team. I think TSM will go through a big rebuilding process too. I can see xset not getting a franchise spot and all those players are really solid too.
