Combine JP (circuit) and APAC (circuit) and give the region 3 slots...

i know it will never happen given the changes to the format. but what if it did? There's also lot's of problems with internet but they made it work in LCQ last year

thoughts?

i prefer the idea of jp + kr + ch (north apac)

then sea + sa + oce (south apac)

I agree because then apac will destroy Japan in challengers and we can get PRX, xerxia and TS all at masters
