Way to fix T2 in the franchise leagues.

How about Riot create a tourney consisting of the Champion from each domestic league.

Whoever win the tourney get a slot for Master or Champion.

The tourney could also be organised by third-party such as BLAST or ESL.

I think this way Riot could give opportunities for both T2 scenes and third-party.

Tho it kinda overcomplicated.

don't think that could happen, it would be an international lan filled with tier2 teams, don't know if it would be worth it. Also I don't know if there will be the same amount of domestic leagues in each region

that wouldnt work , the best tier 2 team in the world might be close to a bad franchised team but they would get stomped by the teams that make it to champions
