HOW DO WE FEEL ABOUT T1 POTENTIONALLY GETTING a spot regardless of not doing anything to deserve it, but having RIOT TIES BECAUSE OF LoL.

tbf they have done a lot for the scene, considering they own nerdstreet and have always had a team with what I assume to be good salaries. Whats really funny tho is that we will most likely see steel as IGL in one of NA's 6 or 7 teams in franchising in 2023
T1 as an org is well established, there’s more to being invited in the league than just having riot ties. Sure T1 valorant has been pretty awful lately but the Orgs actual financials and sponsorships ensure stability which is the most important thing. That’s why LG dropped their roster, their parent company is not financially stable so they did not get an invite from riot
I mean if they're still bad they'll just buy out the top teams lol these orgs have a lot of money.
T1 are involved with nerd street who have been hosting countless tournaments during the downtime of vct. So the statement " regardless of not doing anything to deserve it" isn't exactly true as they have been contributing to the valorant's competitive ecosystem.
