Valorant Esports in an Unknown/Smaller Region

Imagine West Africa, East Africa, Central Africa, Southern Africa, Central Asia(the stans), OCE expanding from AUSNZ to some smaller pacfic islands like Samoa, Tonga, Tuvalu, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands etc. joining the league in competing Valorant pro.

I really want to see a team from africa.. They seems quite chill dudes

reasons why you dont see those countries with their own valorant league.

1. Money - Riot games is a company that wants profit. Investing in a region where people cant afford/wont be willing to buy skins just isnt a good business decision.
2. Population - More people means more fans means more competitive players.
3. Infrastructure - Riot outsources their servers to Amazon for Valorant. Building their own Servers just isnt cost effective for them especially if its 128 tick servers.
4. Ease of doing Business - some of those countries are closed off to foreign businesses or just plain hard to do business in.
