I can briefly explain

War caused a huge split in CIS esports community, we were more or less friendly before, but now there are two sides of a massive conflict

Ukrainians being attacked, shelled, murdered, raped -> ukrainians mad, calling for attention -> ukrainians blaming russians and trying to pressure russians (natural process when your country gets invaded, can't blame them) -> russians mad because of collective responsibility others try to put on them -> russians choose their country's side, even though they could be against the war in the beginning -> from this point there will be no peace, because each of two countries' citizens only creates more and more hate over time -> end of CIS esports community

See, russians were told since birth that a lot of ukrainians are nazis, and basically Navi are proving it by their current actions, although I fully understand why they're doing it - Navi have no evil intentions, they just want to somehow help stop the invasion

Let's say you're Kremlin:

You invade a country, saying there are a lot of nationalists who detest you -> invaded country's citizens start to hate you -> you tell your citizens "see, they are indeed nazis, we told you" -> your citizens begin to believe that everything you said was true -> your citizens show more support for you
