There have been a lot of updates but this issue still persists.
Like, why are my messages only showing in chat 1 min after I send them? It makes me look like a weirdo, every time I say something it becomes incongruous when others receive it.

that bug really affected me some months ago, but it hasn't happened to me in months so i thought it went away
