I read the entire thing too, SeanGares hand picked the team. He is the reason all of them are there and is continue to develop them. Thats impact on 5 people. Himself plus the 4 he had picked up.
The reason this team exists at all is because of sean
Trent is one person. He joined an established team and filled in a role.

He did a fantastic job with GenG, and now without them they are struggling.
McE joins The Guard and they started to dominate.
I think people on here way underestimate the influence of the coaches and it shows
