no it aint, i have an overheating laptop and thats even too much for me

70C max with my laptop

I play 91C my laptop

first make sure u have nothing overall whelming your cpu like a virus or something, next change thermal paste if didnt work try another cooler

every once in awhile I just apply an ice pack on the PC and it helps.
