LIke i understand that Optic won so they get direct invitation to Masters 2 but wbu teams like guard, C9 and xset. Why dont they play in open quals . SInce they are top 4 so do they get direct inv to playoffs?

they get invited into the group stage of the main event, the 2 open quals will each have 4 teams qualifying, which will make 12 total teams in groups, 8 will qualify (4 from each group of 6) and those 8 will play in playoffs to decide who will go to masters
