straight into group stage, fokus and BIG qualified trough VRL promotion

the open quals are the vrl. the top teams of each region then fight with the last 2 of the emea challenger 1 (smb and BIG) and the top 2 winner then take the spot of smb and big (big and smb can retake their spot btw) and the top 10 of emea challenger 1 stay in the challenger. It's like a league :)
