If it was single Elim LOUD would have been our champs but that's not sure cuz it was a bo3 instead of bo5.
Double Elim really does help us show which team is really good and only lost of LAN jitters. There would have been no amazing ZETA run if they didn't get a second chance. Amazing stuff.
Can you imagine a world where ZETA lost to G2 and it would have been over for them and also for PRX who lost to DRX

Yea true but I'm somewhat more talking about the Playoffs cuz playoffs are usually Single elim
When you compare seeding and actual results in different tournament formats, double elimination has the best ratio of best team winning the tournament and number of matches played. Round robin tournaments are better but have much more matches played.
That was the maths side of it, and you guys are seeing the magic side of it in Iceland.
