They are low A tier, but Mazin and Bnj are high A tier, and V1xen just built difference against them

I think Jonn can. He has a great aim, but he needs to increase his duelist pool and improve his operator skill. Doing flex is not really his thing.

(I think Nyang could too, but he needs to be less inconsistent, but that's not so simple).
