PWR is an esports team owned by famous youtuber Lachlan Power, who is Australian.
Might be forming a good OCE / APAC team which would be hype.

Victorie [#6]In sorry but there’s just no reason to invest in oce valorant. The viewership isn’t there and the skill isn’t there either. I don’t see oce going to an international anytime soon.
How will it get better withoutn investment? PWR has a fairly large fanbase especially through FN and Lachlan.

It's not like people born in OCE can't aim lol they are still top tier players just less opportunities, idk why teams would invest more money into NA teams when there is only like 3 slots and no one can build a team that good at the moment who can make it there

It wont get better unless the game gets more popular in oce.

And how will it get more popular without investment? Be it with RIOT giving OCE more slots or more ORGS investing into the scene, investment is the only way the OCE scene will grow. Just like every other scene.

i think buy old bonkers, invest heavy into good coaching and a good and chemistry fitting 5th, and then you can go get LANs

The game doesn’t get popular through esport, we can see what with Korea aswell. The game gets popular on a casual level and then you have a trickle down effect where a % of the casual playerbase becomes interested into the esport aswell.
If your game is not popular on a casual level your scene will always be small.

Yes, but if PWR does end up investing in OCE, I am sure the large fanbase of PWR and Lachlan would impact the scene even on a casual significantly
