MikesHD worked for OPTIC, at the time they were NV, for like 6ish months I think. During that time they picked up Yay and Marved who he rated very highly b4 they joined and probably played a big part in why they even were picked up. During that time they got 2nd at Berlin and looked like the best in NA by far compared to SEN or 100T at the time. This guy is probably the most under rated NA coach and makes me have such high hopes for 100T roster with SGares.

I think in combination with Sean, who I rate as one of the coaches with the biggest potential, 100T can definitly suceed

I think if any coaching staff can salvage them, they're it. Only NA coach who I think might be better is MCE

Sean Gares hasn´t coached a valorant team yet but he´s so fucking smart and was for sure one of the best coaches on the market
