Why is Derke not playing in isolation?

From what I remember last time around Nivera got to play in isolation so what's going on? I haven't really kept track of the tourney lately 'cuz life's been busy.

I believe he has to make a quarentine of 5 days upon arriving to Iceland, probably something the government obligates.
