So what you guys think about the Leaderboards?

In Dota 2, some big teams used to pick up players with the highest mmr to play a fragging hole. Do you guys think the leaderboards will be of use to find new talent?

For sure i played my 5 ranked games on my main got Gold 3 played 5 ranked games on my smurf D1
