almost same as mine, except I'd swap ano and surreal, and add gaps bewteen teams:

Why is people rating Surreal this low even after they beat Excel twice
cus xl arent so good xd they were very overrated
exaclty, I think them Surreal beating excel says way more about excel than it does about Surrel
Fokus was better than Anonymo by tiny margin and Surreal is still better than any team from group b.

oh okay. How many spots will there be? it would still have to have open quals so around 7 or 8 per group. Maybe make it a swiss stage?
The whole Regional League system was used instead of an open qualifier. There's no additional qualifier. There's gonna be 10 teams that defended their spot from stage 1, +2 teams from relegation. They'll play (presumably) the same format as stage 1
