Top 5-10-15 things a Lan Center should have

Focus: Help High schoolers (14+) -Tier 2 Players get good with future-proof pcs cause I think Esports will slowly creep up to mainstream sports one day.
Secondary Focus: PC parts will be expensive in the near future, to save u $1000+ for a shit-box, u can play good pcs for cheap.
I'll take notes from time to time and learn how to acquire money to be able to start up one.

oh and bonus - come up with a name too thanks, might give u free-unlimited-playing time if u give me the perfect name for the lan center.

FRRR LOL, but I believe it'll be a good $600-$1200 a month, business should be booming due to esports getting popular.

esport isnt as popular as you think. tbh, i dont think gaming centers are as popular in the us as they are in asia, so good luck

That sounds like a great idea. I think your earliest hurdle would be gathering information as to where the best spot to build it would be; you don't want to build it in an area that is made up by people who aren't interested.
