we still eating in early morning ( 3-4 a.m ) and eating again 6-7 pm...just 12-15 hours without water and eat

U cant eat from 2 am till 6 pm (usually) in Indonesia. Idk about the religious explanation cause im not muslim. After 6 pm u can eat anything. Pretty easy actually, just pull allnighter till 3 pm, sleep till 12 am. Play valorant 6 hour and u good to go kekeke

Basically you don't eat from Sunrise to Sunset, so usually we would wake up at like 4-5 eat breakfast an go back to sleep

I lost like 15kgs in 2015's Ramadan but usually, 2-5kg is normal. Some don't even lose anything.

Yes as I said it's not normal since at that time I was going through something personal and my appetite along with my sleep schedule was completely messed up (used to wake up for 3 days straight) on top of an ADHD.

Some people actually gain weight. When the fast is over there is an abundance of food and some people overeat. And not to mention leftovers which are like snacks between usually 7 pm and 3 am.
3 am is when the next fast starts so we eat then and then we wait till 7 pm to open the fast.

Maybe easy for younglins. Every muslim individual has to fast for maybe some exceptions.
For me personally in Pakistan I have seen home construction labourers work in the scorching heat for like 6 hours per day with a fast. No water no food. And not to mention they don't have an fully prepared cuisine waiting for them. They just eat as normal and then wait till the next fast. That's why we people have to give them some of the food we prepare. Everyone is equal so everyone should get the same thing.
Also, not to mention moms. Mannn I love my mom. She fasts and then prepares really good food for us for like 2 hours in the kitchen every day in extreme heat. Now that me and my older brothers have grown we help her but she used to do it by herself for YEARS.
Also my dad works as a Surveyor in the heat in the day as well.

Sorry for the long paragraph but Ramadhan is basically to show every class of people in a society how the lower class is like and it encourages everyone to be nice to everyone.
Also, in Ramadhan you have to basically have to be the best human you possibily can be.
