I mean, will they attend LAN Major this year . I guess very unlikely perhaps they have Serbian VISA at that time

It is possible, only russian airlines are banned, they can go everywhere by going to turkey for example, it only takes more time

it probably depends on the country. Esl is taking place in Germany so visa restrictions probably isn't a problem whereas there could be restrictions for iceland

travel restrictions still a thing. Valve and Riot don't ban Russian players
