Why do people say sliggy throw agent comps?

I've saw the agents he used in liquid matches and in theory it could really work out although if in practicality it fails doesnt means sliggy throw agent comps :(

because ScreaM off duelist is troll sometimes, ScreaM is our most consistent duelist. these role swaps are not bad but at this point its way too much. The players will never be comfortable on these many agents

its not even only about ScreaM at this point. Jamppi isnt a consistent jett, Soulcas forced on omen, Nivera being forced on kayo before, Nivera forced on Brim on split
