no, russians can still fly to serbia and then go to iceland from there I believe + this is a big thing for iceland so I doubt they will refuse giving visas to kids who play videogames

they can try to get a european countrys citizenship like m0nesy is doing,then they have a chance
from what i know canceled only simplified system on giving visas to russians, not visas at all, so chill guys
