i feel Rise are doing way better to leave 100T, if he does prolly for the money for sure

There are not many good players available in the market. They have to wait till the Masters and look for the opportunities. Or they can keep the same team and but definitely have to add some firepower.

I think bang is one of the more capable fraggers on the team no point in removing him. Keeping that in mind, maybe try bang on the jett role in one of the mickey mouse tournaments and have asuna flex. Also you don't really need a jett awper as much especially with the chamber pick
