You’re always gonna get a bottleneck somewhere, no matter what, it’s physically unavoidable and it’s going to depend on if the games you run are more CPU intensive or GPU intensive, you’re only going to get a severe bottleneck if you combine parts from wildly different ranges or eras

I would say i5 4590 + RX 570 isn’t the case and is a decent combo if that’s what you have, you shouldn’t have many problems I think, I don’t see a scenario where one would severely limit the other
