(Hot take below: I mean well, but if it is somehow offensive, I apologize)
Right now, they are like a big fish in a little pond. They've gotta stop being content with just dominating the female scene, sure their roster and strats work perfectly fine there, but they should be more actively trying to improve and compete with at least lower T2 NA. By this point, with the results they've shown, any other T2-3 NA team would've made roster changes, yet they are still rocking the same 5 players from the Ignition Series. I think it's time they change up their roster and gamble on someone new who could potentially elevate them to the next level, whether that means another 6-woman roster or hiring a new coach. I just think it's crazy that C9W have barely made any roster changes since 2020, given how poor their results are against non-female rosters.
dominating Game Changers and also being a CC at the same time is easy money, all female player teams are never gonna compete against any t1 team from any region so what's even the point of risking your current status of being best Game Changer team by doing a rooster change
take the example of JinNy , even she was doing decent in Thai scene with Foxy Araikordai (mixed male female rooster) but then switched to Game Changers along with streaming and is doing much better now (2nd best Game changers team from APAC)
"you guys really shittin on them by calling them plats but in reality they are basically low immortals, Im a low immortal myself (8k-10k ranks) and I have played against professional teams (ofc all radiants) in some open qualifiers and have been destroyed so yes some of you might think there isnt a huge difference between immortal and radiant but there is, most game changer players are in fact immortal players, yes some are radiant but they also seem to have low immortal skillset plus its really hard for these guys, their playtime in fps games are usually less than their male counterparts plus not many top tier teams are ready to scrim/practice with female teams so they lack experience too, they keep playing against other female teams who have similar or even worse skillset and thats why even random 5stacks of radiant players (or high immortals even) can beat most game changers teams, it doest mean they are bad, they just have to face waay more challenges than us so stop spreading hate to them, they are receiving salaries playing the game they love meanwhile all of us are here in a website talking about them so yea they are better than us anyway"
This was a comment I posted on a similar thread which called female players equivalent to plat, ik the situation isnt same here but this has the answer to why they lose to random 5stacks (just too lazy to edit this out again)
