WHY IS GAMBIT NOT PLAYING ?????????

i wanna ask why gambit is not playing ; have riot banned teams just like Valve did in ESL pro league season 15 & are they (GmB in VALO) allowed to play under any hidden name ???
or is it gambits wish only not to play by themselves .. Can someone explain

i don't think they will , they have earned their positions and they respect their country which they should :) so idk but still lets hope for the best
