Which teams should I replace with some other team like BDS,Futbotlist, Rix.gg,

I have done this ranking based on recent qualifiers and not very old ones

Alliance is a tier above the rest of the teams and Tundra >= XL
Finest fell off and wouldn't be in my Top 20
Giants are definitely top 10
Mouz would be ~Top 5
