should be min 2 teams in TOP 8

should be min 1 team in TOP 8

-CIS

-BR
should fight for TOP 8

-OCE
should be too weak to be above bottom

Apparently Turkey and CIS go to wildcard like in LoL(while also being part of EU)? Which is really dumb and inconsiderate of how tactical shooters work. Idk why this entire thread doesn't include turkey and CIS in EU, i mean they practice and share tournaments other than first strike.
